Artworks at Anjin 3 - Kimiyo Mishima

Art Front Gallery contributes to the art coordination of cafe space at Daikanyama Tsutaya Books, called "Anjin".
We would like to introduce the works by Kimiyo Mishima.

Kimiyo Mishima, who began her career at '50s, has been creating "printed matter of ceramics", ceramic artworks printed matter such as newspaper and magazine transcribe on.
Today's daily mass-consumption of paper and fear of flooding information through it - Mishima expresses critical view on such elements through humorous ceramic work and the attitude can also be seen in the installation of large trashcan waste paper at Naoshima.
