Aoki cuts out the iron boards and connects the pieces to create art works. The unification of circle forms symbolizes, according to the artist, the transferring water in the nature with various appearances. The main material is iron, but it presents itself as free of its gravity or stiffness to transform the environmental space into totally different, enlightened space, where the art work stands out in the air. She also gives workshop for children to create the pieces with cutting iron. Recently, her works encompass form iron to soap, plaster and others, for broader possibilities of artistic expression.
