Takako Hojo1975-

The artist has been always been in the center of attention in Japanese art Scene, since her participation in Vision of Contemporary Art Exhibition in 2004, an annual gateway exhibition for emerging artist held at Ueno Royal Museum in Tokyo, and in Ohara Museum of Art Residence Program in 2006, where she established her style of depicting clumps of trees in greenery with shedding light. After perfection of this credited style, she started to draw flowers, ripple of light on the water surface and snowy landscape while keeping her constant interest in the light.
